- Cancellation and Order Modification:
- You may cancel or modify your order within six hours of purchase. To request a cancellation or modification, please use our contact form and select the “Cancel Order” subject. Ensure you provide the correct order number for a successful processing. Please note that cancellations or modifications requested after the six-hour window may not be possible.
- Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your order within the guaranteed delivery time of 50 business days (excluding 2-5 days processing), you may request a refund or reshipment. Please note that exceptional circumstances outside our control, such as delays caused by natural calamities or customs clearance issues, may affect the delivery time.
- If you received an incorrect item, you can request a refund or reshipment. Please contact us with the correct order details and a working tracking code provided by the shipping company for the return shipment.
- If you decide you no longer want the product you received, you may request a refund. Please return the unused item at your expense and provide us with the working tracking code and shipping company details. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund.
- Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product or 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period of 50 business days has expired.
